Terms of Service
TOS agreement is required
General conditions
- By requesting a commission, the client agrees to all the below stated terms of service.
- All commissions are digital products only (received via email) No physical items will be shipped or handled
-Frequent communication is required throughout the process to ensure the product can be delivered to the client in a timely manner
- Unless previous agreed on a specific deadline, completion by a specific date is not guaranteed.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission if i determine that the client or project is unsuitable for me.
- I also reserve the right to refuse any commission at my discretion (even if it doesn't go against my WILL NOT DRAW list)
- Please communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely mannerNFT’s & Cryptocurrency
No works made by @Hexxtasyy may be used in or with blockchain technologies including NFT's, cryptocurrency, or any current or future technologies.AI Generated Art
No works made by @Hexxtasyy may be used in connection with AI including but not limited to training datasets, generative tools, or as abase/reference in the creation of other works. This artwork may not be modified or used in any way that involves AI, nor it may be passed off as another persons work
Payment & refunds
For commissions under $50 --
I will not start the commission until I am paid in full.
For commissions over $50 --
They may be payed half upfront and the other half before emailing your commission file.- Payments must be made through P4yp4I ONLY.
- Commissions are non refundable once I have completed the final sketching phase.
- Do not issue chargebacks, message me directly to start the refund process
Art usage & permissions
I retain full rights to my artwork and may use it for any purpose unless we have explicitly agreed in advance to keep the piece private.- If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes, you must discuss this with me and receive approval prior to making payment.- You may post the artwork publicly only if proper credit is clearly given to me when it is shared (No watermark cropped/covered on the work)- You may reproduce the artwork for personal use only. Commercial reproduction is not permitted without prior agreement and compensation.- You may edit or retouch the artwork; however, proper credit must still be given to me whenever the edited version is posted or shared. (No watermark cropped/covered on the work)

Customs & Reference SheetsCustoms are fully original characters created specifically for the commissioner, these characters do not already exist.The commissioner will provide a description of the character (this may include written details, photos, Pinterest boards, mood boards, or other visual references). I will then design and illustrate the character with a clear and concise sheet to use as a reference for future works personal or professionally.You can chose from 2 types of reference sheets
